growing up you have these things you think are cast in stone for example you wont catch me dead or alive drink water from the tap in the bathroom or toilet of any home even my home , strangely i could use water from the toilet tap to brush my teeth and of course never swallow . but to actually be thirsty i could never ever drink water from the tap in the bathroom/toilet in my own home except from the Kitchen .. yes in those days we drank water from tap not from satchets and i was the chief waterboy in my home for this
my thinking was simple
somehow the water in the bathroom tap was contaminated as they must ve connected to the water pipes going in and out of the toilet bowl itself !
until one day we had to do some plumbing in the house and i was instructed to watch over the plumber and show him the issues in the kitchen and bathroom where water seemed to be leaking from
i learnt a lot that day from the plumber
to cut a long story short
i found out that the pipes leading to the kitchen were actually the SAME ones leading to the Toilet but were closer to the pipes taking water out of the toilet bowl and were also connected to the same place where the kitchen pipes taking water out of the sink was !
The water going to the Toilet Tap and Bowl was even in way close to these pipes as the water going to the kitchen was !
so good water coming into the Kitchen was the same water going to the Toilet and bad water from the toilet also mingles with the water coming out of the kitchen and only pipes separated them !
The plumber went on and on about kitchen and other drinking water pipes were not to be near those of water leaving the house that the plumbing was done all wrong !
from that day i learnt that in life all incoming so called good people like good water to the kitchen tap etc and all outgoing bad water etc people too were never to be judged until you saw their plumbing sources and where these pipes connected where and what tap water was good or bad either kitchen or toilet
that no matter where you see a tap drink from it when you learn its true source !
