Prevalent AI has secured a $22 million growth investment from Integrity Growth Partners, marking the company’s first primary capital fundraise since its establishment in 2017. The investment will enable Prevalent AI to expand its data intelligence services beyond its initial focus on cybersecurity.
Founded in 2017, Prevalent AI has operated profitably since acquiring its first customer. The company utilizes its proprietary data fabric to streamline data sources, creating a consolidated platform that provides actionable knowledge graphs. These graphs help both human users and AI systems contextualize data, identify operational gaps, and highlight areas that require attention. Paul Stokes, CEO and co-founder of Prevalent AI, stated, “For almost a decade, we have been using AI to continuously clean, connect, and contextualise enterprise data so organisations can see what exists, what is working, where the gaps are, and what needs attention.”
Initially focused on condensing fragmented data in the cybersecurity sector, Prevalent AI plans to leverage the new funding to broaden its applications to various risk and enterprise use cases. The firm aims to enhance its global market presence, particularly in the United States, by investing in its sales, marketing, customer success, and partnership teams. This expansion will be supported by recent executive appointments, including Stuart Barnard as chief financial officer and Mike East as senior vice president of global sales.
The investment from Integrity Growth Partners is expected to significantly bolster Prevalent AI’s capabilities and accelerate its growth trajectory in the data intelligence market. The firm anticipates that the additional resources will enhance its ability to serve a wider array of industries and address diverse data challenges faced by organizations today.
