Your Accounts Will be used as Live Test Migration

I have created a Channel on Numbers slack pls all immediate correspondence should be sent there and to Email IF necessary

We are About To Begin a Test Migration From Our Office 365 Platform To Google Gsuite

1.I will need To know if Anyone IN THE FIRM  Has Data Stored Apart From Outlook Email & Sharepoint Microsoft / Office 365

2.Everyone IS also Required To Begin a Pruning of Their Data I mean Pruning of Data You Dont Need For Work etc unnecessary Emails Trash Bin etc

3.I want Everyone To Get on gmail.com and create a free gmail account with this format

firstname@gmail.com   with a password Lastname@7

example my firstname is Frank my Lastname is Balogun   mine will be Frank@gmail.com  with a password Balogun@7

if you cant do this pls let us know asap. We need everyone to do this so the Google Bots will not detect it as unusual activity coming from a Single Computer

Also Setup your Created account with Google Drive pls let us know if you have issues

4.I would like To know the Present Disk Space of Local Computers/Laptops For All Staff .Everyone should install Microsoft Outlook on their Local Computers or Laptops if you dont already use it .

if you cant then install thunderbird from mozilla it is an email client like microsoft outlook https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/

I will be working with Becca Danny & maybe Lindsey during this Test Migration “Week” As Nominated By Steven .Everyone Else should just comply with above in readiness for The Live Test Migration

These are all in phases of 1 to 5days up to 3weeks if Possible . We Expect to Be Fully Functional on Gsuite Before Mid To End of  November
